Renovation of Carlogie House

S&R Developments were appointed main contractors for the renovation of Carlogie House, Carnoustie for Holiday Rentals Scotland. One of things we had to keep in mind was keeping the original feel of a traditional period building but bringing it up to the 21st century. Delivering this project on time so we could meet the requirements of pre booked holiday guests.

Housing

New House at Soutra, Glen Ochil

Large estate house completed to the highest standard providing accommodation over several levels on a sloping sight. In addition to the main house the project also included conversion of the steading buildings to ancillary accommodation and a derelict cottage renovated to provide a modern family home. All completed within budget to a tight timescale.





New Housing Development in Carnoustie

S&R Developments were main contractors for Gardyne Homes, delivering 9 new homes at Balmachie Park, Carnoustie. We undertook all works, from breaking ground to hand over.
